All products sold on NDIS University are digital products delivered electronically upon purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once access to the product has been granted.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product and that delivery is fulfilled at the time access is provided. No refunds will be issued after access has been granted, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or used.
If you believe there is a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us at support@ndisuniversity.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after product access has been granted will be contested.
