All products sold on NDIS University are digital products delivered electronically. Upon completing a purchase, you will receive an email containing a link to access your purchased documents. Delivery is considered fulfilled at the time this access link is issued to the email address provided at checkout.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand you are buying a digital product and that delivery occurs at the time access is granted.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once access to the purchased content has been granted. This applies regardless of whether the files have been downloaded or used.
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, you must contact us at support@ndisuniversity.com within 7 days of your purchase date. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve access issues promptly.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after digital product access has been granted will be contested. NDIS University reserves the right to recover dispute fees incurred as a result of fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NDIS University and its licensors. The Site is protected by Australian copyright and trademark law. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, NDIS University and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Site.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before new terms take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
